English - Online Distance Studies

Regardless of your location, you can study English at Dalarna University. We offer web-based courses and programmes, meaning that all lectures, seminars, and exams are digital (i.e., there are no campus meetings). You can attend the lectures and seminars and take your exams from wherever. That said, even though teaching is by distance, lessons are in real-time and involve a great deal of direct interaction with both your teacher and fellow students.

Our Courses in English

In our undergraduate and graduate programmes and courses, you will develop your understanding of English-speaking countries and cultures. You will specialise in the fields of either linguistics or literary studies, and thus gain insight into how English is used in different contexts and for different purposes. You will also develop your understanding of the importance of literary composition for the individual and society.
