Starting this autumn semester, the library will have "extended hours" during certain times. This means that students and staff can enter with their key cards during specific hours when the library is unstaffed and closed to the public.
The search box on the library's website has a new look, but you access the same content as before when searching. Below the search box, there are buttons that provide access to our subject guides and the databases and journals we have access to.
During the Ascension Day weekend, the library will have limited service, such as no book deliveries between the campuses in Borlänge and Falun. We will be closed on May 18th. From May 19th to May 21st, we will have regular opening hours, and the library will be staffed by student hosts.

Do you know about the university’s work with sustainability? In the library on both campuses there are exhibitions based on the United Nations’ global goals for sustaiable development. We showcase literature on the topic and what the university is doing to contribute to a sustainable developement.
On Thurday March 23 newly inaugurated professors will give lectures in the library in Falun. Welcome to listen! If you plan to study in the library during the day, its good to know the lectures can be heard in a large part of the building.
On Monday, March 20th, the library will be staffed by student hosts, and it may take longer than usual to receive a response to emails sent us, as the entire staff is attending a workshop. The facilities will be open as usual.
