Pick-Up Service

At the start of the semester, the University offers a no-cost pick-up service for all new international students from the Falun/Borlänge train/bus stations and Borlänge airport. The driver will take you to your pre-booked accommodation.

Dalarna University, together with Dalastudent (the student union), offers a free pick-up service for new students arriving in Borlänge or Falun before the start of the semester.

The pick-up service is available from Monday, August 25 to Thursday, August 28, and on Saturday, August 30, between 08:00 and 20:00 (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM). We need to receive your booking no later than 20 August 2025.

Please note that if the train from Stockholm to Borlänge/Falun is late, we will remain at the train stations until the train arrives. If your train is cancelled or if you miss your train, please email us immediately: info@dalastudent.se
