The project is focused on small and mid-sized enterprises that are involved in producing moving images: TV-shows, movies, commercials, web-TV, documentaries. The following questions are posed and answered, if not definitely: Does the decentralization of production in the wake of digitalization increase creative opportunities for independent artists and producers? If this is the case, are these opportunities actually used by artists, producers and other independents in the industry? The first phase of the project has started and a Scientific Research Methodology has been presented at the 11th International Design Conference (Design 2010) in Dubrovnik, May 19, 2010.
