Jag är anställd som lektor i medicinsk vetenskap vid Akademin utbildning, hälsa och samhälle.
Min forskning är främst inriktad på implementering av nya arbetssätt i hälso- och sjukvården och organisation och användning av hälso- och sjukvårdsinsatser efter stroke. Jag undervisar om implementering och implementeringsforskning på avancerad- och forskarutbildningsnivå och handleder doktorander och magisterstudenter.
Några av de forskningsprojekt jag involverad i är:
- IMPROVE, om hur implementering av personcentrerad vård genomförs som en del av ordinarie verksamhet
- Giktprojektet, en studie om evidensbaserad och personcentrerad vård i primärvården vid gikt
- Missing Link, om utveckling och implementering av personcentrerade vårdövergångar efter stroke
- F@CE, om implementering och utvärdering av ett personcentrerat digitalt verktyg för interprofessionell rehabilitering efter stroke
- TAILOR, en litteraturöversikt om hur personer som driver implementering i rollen som faciliterare har fått utbildning och stöd för sitt uppdrag
- Partnerskap för delaktighet i samhället efter färvärvad hjärnskada - en deltagarbaserad ansats, som är en studie om delaktighet och känsla av tillhörighet i samhället efter förvärvad hjärnskada.
Jag medverkar också i Kunskapscentrum för kommunal hälso- och sjukvård (KKHS) som har som uppgift att stödja förändrings- och utvecklingsarbete i regionens kommunala hälso-och sjukvård genom att vara en länk mellan forskning, utbildning och klinisk verksamhet.
Jag disputerade 2012 vid Institutionen för neurobiologi, vårdvetenskap och samhälle vid Karolinska Institutet med avhandlingen Needs for, use of and satisfaction with health care services in the course of the first year after stroke – the perspective of people with stroke. Jag har gjort post-doc vid Karolinska Institutet och vid Umeå universitet.
