Skicka ut en inbjudan till ditt seminarium cirka en vecka i förväg. Denna inbjudan ska gå till all undervisande personal med anknytning till Hälsa och välfärd, med följande e-postadress: inst.ihov@du.se samt på engelska och svenska till doktorander i vårdvetenskap: fhvdoktorand@du.se
Genom att svara på din inbjudan kommer de som planerar att delta i seminariet att få läsmaterialet av dig och du kommer att veta vilka som kommer att delta. Om en icke svensktalande doktorand vill delta får du överväga om det är möjligt att ha seminariet på engelska och meddela hen om detta inte är fallet. Även granskare behöver veta om seminariet är på engelska.
Instructions to doctoral students:
A week before your seminar is due, please send an invitation out to all lecturing staff within Health & Welfare using the following e-mail address: inst.ihov@du.se. You also need to invite the doctoral students on the Care Sciences program using the e-mail address: fhvdoktorand@du.se.
When you receive answers to your invitation you will know who is attending your seminar and to whom to send your reading materials to.
