Bakgrund och kort om konferensen
Management of projects within public or governmental administrations brings its particular lot of difficulties. Nonetheless, the success of these projects shape tomorrow's economies and societies. Most recent studies and academic publications confirm the increasing projectification of our society and its associated challenges in terms of funding, transparency and execution.
For example, the recent COVID crisis put an emphasis on the rapid and successful deliveries of critical healthcare, logistics and digital projects. Further still, large challenges await on mobility, sustainability and energy projects which are all at least partially publicly funded.
