Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of Adolescents and Young Adults I

Health promotion approaches and conversation methods in interaction with adolescents and young adults are studied in this course as a human right in relation to culture and gender. Further topics studied in the course are andrology and gynaecology, gender identity, and body perception as well as sexuality and relations from a diversity perspective, risk behaviour, and consumption of pornography, contraception, and parenthood. The importance of the information search and the critical evaluation of sources are studied in relation to the significance of research and development projects leading to evidence-based practice.
