Performance analysis and training planning

The course covers the planning and implementation of various methods for analysing technical, tactical, and/or physiological variables, with a focus on their impact on athletic performance.
Based on performance analyses, particular emphasis is placed on students designing test protocols to conduct capacity analyses of a group or individuals in a selected sport. Drawing from performance and capacity analyses, students will create and present a long-term training plan. The course also includes critical evaluation and review of both self-designed and peer-designed training plans.
