Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:

* compile the state of knowledge, based on relevant research, within a defined area of sports science based on the compilation of the state of knowledge,

* formulate a relevant purpose based on a chosen purpose make a relevant selection based on a chosen purpose,

* choose the relevant method for data collection based on a chosen purpose and collected data choose a relevant method for analysis

* present research ethical considerations based on the choice of research design evaluate scientific results

*communicate scientific results to different target groups critically examine theses in sports and health sciences.
