The course covers process-oriented business development used to influence and improve business processes from sustainable financial, social and environmental perspectives. Further, the course covers continuous improvement, process metrics, support systems and future challenges. The course focuses on the process-oriented organization and its development opportunities via practical application in a process development project. Furthermore, the course covers evaluation methods and critical review of business processes.
