The objective is to with a point of departure in previous research in motivation, work environment improvement and safety climate, develop and test a questionnaire aimed at measuring motivation for work environment improvement activities. The questionnaire is to be tested for validity, internal consistency and reliability. The factorial structure of the instrument comprising different aspects of motivation for work environment improvements will be explored. The findings of the study will be used in future research and development projects.
