If you end up in the Waiting Room, then you need to log into the university’s secure Zoom meeting room (in the Zoom programme or the Zoom app).
You need to log in securely on each device (computer, mobile, tablet) that you use to access Zoom. That is to say, it is not enough simply to log in via Student Web or our learning management system Learn.
