After completion of the course the student will be able to:

  • demonstrate knowledge about credit, security and insolvency law and the ability to understand, formulate, and solve complex problems in this field and criminal law concerning insolvency.
  • Identify emerging problems and using legal methods, and writing as well as orally argue for a legal solution to the problems
  • apply knowledge of the field in practice.
  • determine whether the issue requires consultation with someone with further expertise.
