Basic Swedish as a Second Language IV (level CEFR B1.2)

On completion of the course, students will be able to:

  • apply specialised knowledge of Swedish grammar and vocabulary in both speech and writing
  • understand and analyse different types of texts and audiovisual material
  • express themselves in different communication situations and respond to other people’s arguments
  • write different types of texts in Swedish and develop these after feedback
  • demonstrate specialised knowledge of Swedish culture and society, and compare these with their own experiences from other societies and cultures.
