The course engages with Sweden‘s constitutional design, governance and decision-making and the central features of the Swedish administrative model. Furthermore, it provides an opportunity to discuss challenges and trends and how these affect the functioning and characteristics of the Swedish system in terms of democracy, efficiency and legitimacy.
