On completion of the course, students will be able to:

  • use Chinese proficiently in basic business activities.
  • use appropriate expressions in formal situations
  • use appropriate expressions that relate to office routines
  • describe in general terms the main features of China’s business culture and business life, including business etiquette, business relations, and office routines.
