The course consists of two modules: “Concepts and Theory“ and “Applied Analysis“ 

The course introduces and examines fundamental concepts and theories within the field of organisation theory. Particular focus will be on the areas of structure, culture, work organisation, communication, power and conflict, and leadership and management.

These concepts and theories are presented and discussed in their historical and contemporary contexts.
