  • plan and implement complex nursing work based on a professional approach, science, evidence and proven experience in collaboration with other professional groups and in accordance with applicable laws, constitutions and safety regulations
    • 

  • estimate, assess and evaluate nursing needs and measures based on current national quality registers
    • 

  • identify and assess nursing needs for elderly people with multimorbidity based on prevention, health promotion and sustainable care with a person-centered approach
    • 

  • initiate and implement quality development in a cross-professional collaboration based on relevant scientific, societal and ethical aspects
    • 

  • demonstrate care-pedagogical ability in connection with quality development work
    • 

  • critically examine your own and others‘ professional and empathetic approach inprofessional practice and be able to value the need for competence development.
