After completing the course, the student should be able to:
· Demonstrate an ability to independently and systematically search for relevant scientific articles to identify research areas and formulate questions relevant to research in the field
· Analyze and examine the quality of studies conducted on the basis of both quantitative and qualitative methods
· Apply basic skills in the design of studies, data generation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research
· Argue for the use of ethical principles in various research situations
