Learning outcomes for the course
On completion of the course, students will be able to:
- perform close readings of complex literary texts in the original in a foreign language of their own choosing
- with good stylistic skills write critically elaborate reviews of literary works
- describe in detail the historical, social and biographical context of a number of literary works.
