Description
The project will develop and test creative techniques in Riga (Latvia), Borlänge (Sweden) and Amsterdam (Netherlands) to meet the needs and priorities of municipalities, communities and citizens. This will be done using interactive media (such as VR/AR) and inclusive design methods to engage stakeholders. It will support municipalities/communities and their professionals to understand citizens' needs and jointly create a sustainable urban transition. This will be done by strengthening citizens' participation in decision-making processes and promoting responsible ownership in order to achieve realistic goals of climate-neutral cities.
