Tighter national restrictions – restricted access to university buildings and facilities

Up to and including January 24, 2021, all doors to university buildings and facilities will be locked to restrict access by the general public. Students and staff will continue to have access using their keycards.

On December 18, 2020, the government tightened national restrictions for the Christmas period, and these will remain in place up to and including January 24, 2021. The recommendation is therefore that students continue to study from home. Up to and including January 24, 2021, all doors to university buildings and facilities will be locked to restrict access by the general public.  Students and staff will continue to have access using their keycards.

This means that the University Library on both campuses will be closed to the general public, although employees and students will continue to have access. You can also find most of the library’s services on our website. If you still plan to come to the library, remember to maintain distance from others and to follow the guidelines and instructions that are on display.

To contact the university, call 023-77 80 00 or email support@du.se. You will receive the same prompt service by telephone or email as you do at the reception desks.

Are you a student and need a keycard? Contact us by telephone on 023-77 80 00 or by email support@du.se to receive help.

If you need help using our digital tools/learning management systems (Zoom, Learn, Video Chat), contact our support by email or telephone, or on Zoom Supportcafé.
