The Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs has extended its advice regarding non-essential travel until July 15. It remains unclear what the advice will be after July 15 and what the situation will be when it comes to countries opening their borders and changes to restrictions.
That said, Dalarna University plans to leave the opportunity open for outgoing students to begin their exchange studies in autumn 2020. However, this is dependent on the following:
1. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs does not advise against travel from Sweden
2. The country where the exchange will take place has not closed its borders
3. The partner university is receiving students
