Learning Outcomes
After completing the course, students will be able to:
- demonstrate the ability to independently evaluate and develop teaching by distinguishing, formulating and proposing solutions to problems in teaching-related activities,
- demonstrate the in-depth ability to critically and independently make use of and reflect on their own experiences and those of others as well as relevant research results in order to thereby be able to contribute to the development of vocational education,
- demonstrate the ability to assess and reason on the quality of their own projects and of other projects in relation to various aspects,
- demonstrate the ability to make considerations as based on the principles of research ethics,
- demonstrate the ability to document and present a piece of work that they have completed independently that has relevance to vocational teachers in both a communicative and a reviewable way.
