Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student shall be able to:
- use Chinese appropriately in various practical tasks
- assess and supervise students‘ work, and on a scientific basis reflect on the educational leadership role
- identify, formulate, and discuss issues that arise in practical teaching related tasks
- orally and in writing discuss and reflect on acquired experience and knowledge during the internship.
Course Content
The course consists of an internship period where students will integrate their academic knowledge in the subject of Chinese within a work preparatory environment. The course includes pedagogical tasks such as preparation, planning, performance, and evaluation.
Assessment
The course is examined by assessing the student‘s performance of teaching related tasks, written reflections, and a final written report.
Forms of Study
Supervision and practical tasks. Both Chinese and English are used in the course.
Grades
The Swedish grades U–G.
Prerequisites
- 120 credits on First cycle, of which 90 credits within the field of humanities
