Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
- model and edit a land model based on digital map files
- model, edit and present advanced 3D house models
- use advanced editing tools
- work with basic light and material handling
- present rendered images
- create lists and layout drawings
- convert model files into professionally executed drawings
Course Content
The course covers advanced modelling and editing of large complex buildings using 3D Computer Visualisation . Light, textures, rendering, animation and presentation of drawings are included in the course.

The grading scale used for the final course grade is U–G.
Grades are reported as follows:
- Assignment - 3 Credits | U–G
- Tests - 2 Credits | U–G
Prerequisites
- Construction-CAD 5 credits or Digital Drawing Tools 5 credits
Other Information
This course cannot be counted towards the same degree along with courses that have equivalent content.
If the student has received a decision/recommendation granting study support from Dalarna University because of a disability, then the examiner has the right to offer an alternative examination arrangement. The examiner takes into account the objectives in the course syllabus when deciding whether the examination can be adapted in accordance with the decision/recommendation.
