Learning outcomes for the course
After completing the course, students will be able to:- apply the definitions of global health, human equality and gender equality as based on the 17 Global Goals in the UN‘s Agenda 2030
- describe and discuss global health challenges such as poverty, epidemics, climate change, violence against specific groups in society, and migration
- describe the role of a nursing student in another cultural context
- explain the importance of language for communication across cultural boundaries.
