Methodology of Training and Competition (Climbing)

The course deals with theoretical and practical methods for planning, implementing and evaluating training and competition processes in climbing. Application of exercise physiology and biomechanical research regarding the optimization of the training and competition process are particularly emphasized. Focus is also placed on the analysis of climbing from a technical and tactical point of view with the aim of clarifying the work requirements of climbing.
