What is Play?
Dalarna University is just one of several universities in both Sweden and other Scandinavian countries that have chosen to subscribe to Sunet Play (Kaltura). Play is a media service that teachers or students at Dalarna University can access directly from the university’s learning management system, Learn. The service gives you automatic access to your own internet storage space called Min Media/My Media.
My Media (Min Media)
Play (Kaltura) is fully integrated into the university’s learning management system, Learn, and you can access your media under the heading Verktyg/Tools in the main menu. Click on My Media. There you can record, edit and upload media material (film, sound and images).
Course Gallery (Kursgalleri)
You can access media material that is published for courses on Learn beneath the heading Kursgalleri/Course Gallery. This is only visible to students after the teacher makes it available.
