How can the energy companies in Dalarna engage more people in the green energy transition? And what can the companies themselves do? These are a couple of the questions that you, as a student at Dalarna University, have the opportunity to answer during the second edition of the Dalarna 24h Innovation Challenge.
Dalarna 24h Innovation Challenge is organized on April 12-13 by Dalarna Science Park in collaboration with Dalarna University. The event runs from lunch to lunch, and this year, the challenge is presented by Dalarna's nine energy companies, focusing on Dalarna's energy and climate strategy.
Concept: An annually recurring event where university students work on a concrete challenge for 24 hours, presented by a company or organization.
Purpose: Generate new ideas contributing to sustainable development in Dalarna and increase interest in innovation, energy, technology, and communication.
Content: Workshops, ideation, presentations, and award ceremony.
Language: English.
Organizers: Dalarna Science Park in collaboration with Dalarna University.
2024 Edition: Friday, April 12th, at 12:30 PM – Saturday, April 13th, at 12:00 PM.
