Learning Outcomes

The student will after the course
- have an advanced knowledge and understanding of the laws and legal cases regarding regulations for different kinds of companies
- be able to identify and solve legal problems concerning companies
- be able to obtain new knowledge concerning the legal regulations of companies

Course Content

The course mainly deals with limited companies, trading companies, limited partnerships, unions, non-profit organisations and foundations.
Special emphasize is given to questions about power, responsibility and control of a company.

Assessment

Written examination.

The Swedish grades U–VG.

Prerequisites

  • Business Law; 15 credits
