After completing the course, students should be able to:
  • demonstrate a thorough knowledge of a number of religious traditions and the different ethical approaches that fit within these
  • demonstrate the ability to reflect closely and didactically on subject knowledge and the understanding of objectives and conditions of the school subject Religious Studies
  • demonstrate the ability to focus on and consider the ways in which teachers can motivate and guide students in the area of ethical reflection within a multicultural society
  • reflect on and show a diverse and nuanced view of the different religious and cultural traditions.
