Summary in English

After completing the course, students shall be able to:

  • demonstrate advanced knowledge of major concepts, theories, issues and arguments with regards to the philosophy of education
  • demonstrate deeper understanding of the philosophy of education and its relationship to educational science
  • problematize and discuss educational policy issues using arguments and theories based on philosophy of education
  • critically reflect on the contribution of philosophy of education towards teaching practice.
