- A Swedish undergraduate degree comprising at least 180 credits
Summary in English
After completing the course, the student shall be able to:
- critically discuss the possible causes behind, effects of, and solutions to major global sustainability challenges,
- critically discuss the concept of sustainable development and its different dimensions, social, economic and ecological, as well as identify the connections between, and possible contributions to, sustainable development,
- reflect on the role that higher education plays in sustainable development and discuss the conditions for integration of sustainable development issues in teaching in various disciplines,
- develop and present learning activities or other tools designed to integrate sustainable development into teaching at the course or programme level.
