After the course the student is expected to understand and be capable of using basic concepts of business control such as budgeting, calculation and business analysis. In

- Introduction to Business Control
- Basic concepts of business administration within cost-benefit analysis
- Budgeting and cost analysis in long- and short term
- Decision-making based on cost-benefit analysis
- Introduction to Balanced Scorecard

Written exam and approved written assignments
Forms of Study
Lectures based on theoretical examples and practical problems in cost-benefit analysis and business control. Reporting of the written assignments.
Grades
The Swedish grades U–VG.
