Knowledge and understanding
After completing the course students shall be able to:
- explain the project manager‘s role and responsibilities (1)
- describe the characteristics of temporary working group management (2)
- describe and explain different theoretical frameworks and perspectives for project management and project work (3)
- describe different concepts and methods useful for project management (4)
Skills and abilities
After completing the course students shall be able to:
- implement the project manager tools and techniques to define, plan, organise, manage, hand over and finish the project (5)

After completing the course students shall be able to:
- reflect upon sustainability aspects of project management and project work (6)
