Help Desks and Support

Each campus has a Help Desk at the reception desk where you can get your key card, and receive help with your user account and, at the Campus Falun desk, borrow equipment. Our support organisation can help you with IT-related questions.

Opening Hours

During the academic semester, the Help Desks are open between 08.00 and 16.00, Monday to Friday. If you need help with Learn or Connect, you can contact the NGL Centre between 08.00 and 22.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.00 and 16.00 on Fridays.
