Every Friday at 08.30-09.30 we offer Yin Yoga online through Linnaeus University. The classes are held in English and no pre-registration is needed. All students are welcome and no earlier experience of yoga is necessary.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that increases circulation in the joints and improves flexibility. It also aims to make you more aware of the present as well as to reduce stress in both body and mind.
