I am a biostatistician and epidemiologist and Professor Emeritus at Dalarna University.
I am educated at Uppsala University and have worked as a teacher of statistics and as a biostatistician at the Faculty of Medicine in Uppsala and at several life science companies. For ten years I was head of the section for biometrics at the Uppsala Clinical Research Center (UCR).
I have produced 166 scientific articles and I am co-author of 58 doctoral theses. My h-index according to Google Scholar is 76. I am an academic editor for two journals.
I work with biostatistical and epidemiological research with applications in cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, obesity, dementia and IVF treatment.
At Dalarna university I work with the projects pain after myocardial infarction, UDDGait (prediction of dementia development based on a mobility test combined with a simultaneous verbal task). I also work with shorter consultations and seminars.
