Change processes in working life
My research often deals with change processes, focusing on work organisations, industrial relations and institutional conditions from national and international perspectives. I have taken an interest in issues relating to lean production, job quality, the digitisation of work tasks, skills development and learning, and restructuring involving redundancy notices and dismissals. The research has been conducted in collaboration with companies and trade unions, primarily in the industrial sector.
