The Union of Civil Servants (Fackförbundet ST)
ST is a trade union organisation within the Civil Service Central Organisation (TCO). It represents employees of government agencies, regardless of their occupation or position.

The Public Employees’ Negotiation Council (Offentliganställdas förhandlingsråd)
The Public Employees’ Negotiation Council (OFR) is an umbrella organisation for 15 trade union organisations. Within OFR, unions consult and cooperate on common issues. At Dalarna University, it is the Union of Civil Servants (ST) and the Swedish Teachers’ Union (Lärarförbundet) that represent OFR.
