As of 21 October, new rules will be in place for the booking of group rooms. Each student will be allocated a certain number of hours towards the booking of group rooms on Campus Falun and Campus Borlänge. This is to ensure that all students have equal access to the group rooms.
You will be allocated 12 hours towards group room bookings over a seven-day period. Each Monday, this number will return to 12 automatically. Note that you cannot save the hours from one week to use at a later date. If you cancel a group room booking, you will be reallocated the number of hours in question.
If you are working on a group project with other students, you can work together to book rooms. Remember not to cancel a group room booking that you then want to use, and do not book more hours than you need.
