Covid-19 measures/restrictions will continue to apply until August 31

Continued university efforts to adapt to the covid-19 situation mean that students are asked to continue studying from home. The only access to university buildings will be to keycard holders.

Unless decided otherwise, the university will continue to work according to its key principles as it adapts to the covid-19 situation. Restrictions will remain in place up to and including August 31, 2021. This is in accordance with the Public Health Agency of Sweden’s Regulations and General Guidelines Relating to Everyone’s Responsibility to Prevent Covid-19 Infections (HSLF-FS 2020:12).

For Dalarna University students, this means the following:

  • Where possible, all teaching and examinations will be online. However, teaching and examinations for undergraduate (first cycle) and Master’s (second cycle) programmes taught in English will be on campus. You can find detailed information about what applies for your specific course or programme on Learn. In addition, if you have questions about any specific component of your course/programme, contact your course/programme coordinator.
  • If you do not need to be on campus or in a university building to study, then we would ask that you study from home.
  • Doors to university buildings and facilities will remain locked, but you can still access them using your keycards (this includes the university library).
