How do you find balance in student life alongside studies, expectations and everyday demands? During the spring semester 2026, you are invited to take part in the digital lecture series 30 minutes for your wellbeing.
The series offers practical tools to support your mental wellbeing and improve your study skills.
Every Thursday, a 30-minute lunchtime talk is held on a different theme related to student life, mental health and studying. The talks take place online via Zoom from 12.15 to 12.45, followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
