Yin yoga every Friday

Appear at your computer just as you are. We meet every Friday morning throughout the spring semester. Instructions are given in English.

This is a gentle, slow form of yoga where we hold the positions for 3-5 minutes. Meditation and stretch at the same time. Yin yoga aims to practice relaxation in muscles and stretch the connective tissue. It also helps you release mental stress, increases your mobility and calms your mind.
