Literature Purchase Order Form

This form allows you to order a maximum of three books (that is to say, three different titles).

When you submit the form, it will go first to the central department for order placements before going to the person with signing authority. After this, the order will be sent to the supplier. The books will arrive at the vaktmästare department, which will deliver the order to the recipient.
