Instructions are now available with information on how to pack your boxes and belongings for the upcoming move. Although you do not need to be on campus at the time of the move, you do need to pack and label your boxes and belongings at least one week in advance of your scheduled move week.
You can find boxes in various locations on campus.
In weeks 25 and 26 the move will take place as follows:
In week 25:
- DIH (School of Information and Engineering) will move to Hus 26
- The Energikompetenscentrum will move to Hus 26
In week 26:
- EBT (School of Information and Engineering) will move to Hus 26
- Everyone from the School of Culture and Society will move
- ITE (School of Information and Engineering) will move offices within the current campus building.
- Library staff will move within the current campus building.
- Other staff from Support Services (verksamhetsstödet) who are affected will move. Some will move within the current campus building.
