The main purpose of the visit was to see how we can collaborate and contribute to the supply of needed skills for future employees. One part of this was, for example, to gain a deeper understanding of their production and what competences, both strategically and operationally, are required for production engineers.
We discussed what our programmes can offer both to the students and Hitachi Energy as an employer, and encouraged Hitachi Energy to continue collaboration through participation in an so-called branch council.
