At a recent breakfast meeting for the Department of Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, the first for the autumn term arranged by Therese Olsson, the Construction Engineering staff’s Erasmus study visit to Copenhagen was presented.
Various construction projects were visited where the focus was on re-use/recycling as well as sustainable public transport and bicycle usage.
A visit was also made to the CopenHill heating plant, which is also a tourist destination as its building is formed as a ski slope, as well as the Royal Danish Academy och DTU - Technical University of Denmark where student exchange possibilities among other things were discussed.
